This is open to all members of the Canadian Armed Forces whose main course of duty is that of a mess cook, warrant officer or commissioned officer holding a minimum certification of TQ5 or at least 8 years industry experience.
This category provides for membership during one’s apprenticeship or course of study in a food service environment or recognized school of culinary training. The applicant may retain junior membership until he/she has attained certification as a Journeyman after which the member will be invited and required to become a national regular member.
This is open to companies and/or individuals in the foodservice industry or related areas.
This membership category is specifically designed to accommodate cooks and chefs who do not live or have access to a CCF Branch in their area. There are two basic elements that permit you to apply for this category:

Fees for application are as follows: $30.00 one-time initiation; $100.00 annual dues; all prices subject to HST/GST depending upon province of residence. There are no taxes for applications outside of Canada. There are no local Branch dues to be paid however, you will be required to elect a Branch to which you wish to be affiliated. The Branch is then obliged to maintain reasonable levels of communication with you until you decide to reside within the required distance to a Branch in Canada
